During my time in the University of Georgia Redcoat Band, I had the honor of serving as trombone section leader for three years. In this role, I led musical and marching rehearsals, provided thoughtful and constructive feedback to section members, and supported their growth both on and off the field. I also managed section logistics and played a pivotal role in supporting the Georgia Bulldogs on game days, helping create an organized, motivated, and high-performing section. These experiences strengthened my leadership, communication, and commitment to excellence within a team-centered environment.
